Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Perform the startup and shutdown procedures for the assigned production line area. Perform changeovers quickly, efficiently, and safely.
Follow company and OSHA safety procedures
Responsible of all training to include documentation if completed training.
Responsible for the daily operation, and maintenance of the production line.
Responsible for assigning duties/breaks/lunches to all hourly and temporary teammates in your assigned department to ensure production is not lost. Schedule vacation for all teammates.
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when working with teammates.
Accurately record all material usage and reconcile that usage at the end of each shift
Complete data entry
Maintain cleanliness of the assigned production line area
Responsible of the week of production schedule, minimizing change overs and scrap
Work daily with supervisor and different departments to provide proper flow of the schedule to meet goals and optimize savings
Skilled and experiences with personal computers, software, spreadsheets, and databases.
12-hour shifts are basic functions.

Controlling Machines and Processes - Using either control mechanisms or direct activity to operate machines and processes, this includes monitoring machines and processes to ensure they are working properly.
Preferred Qualifications:
1 year experience in a production environment
