Provide high-quality customer service when handling inquiries, including following them through to resolution.
Review, research, analyze, and resolve complex inquiries from landlords, such as ownership changes, various rent payments, and option renewals.
Manage multiple requests simultaneously.
Assist with bulk landlord communications for tax withholdings, direct deposits, future acquisitions, and other initiatives; work with key internal partners to ensure the accurate tracking and documentation of responses from landlords.
Develop long term, mutually beneficial, professional relationships with landlords.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure interactions with landlords maximize the Company’s financial interest and improve landlord relations.
Maintain the Landlord Relationship Management database with contact, owner, and issue information.
Collaborate with Supervisors, Managers, and applicable cross-functional team members to develop and implement processes and training programs; facilitate training for Landlord Relation Specialists and other essential team members.
Assist Landlord Relations Specialists with navigating internal processes by maintaining a thorough understanding of internal protocols and procedures.
Between 3–5 years of direct customer service experience required.
Telecommunications industry experience preferred.
Experience interpreting legal documents, including real estate leases and contracts, preferred.
Administrative experience in an office environment strongly preferred.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, required.
Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to achieve results effectively and professionally.
Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
