Manage a high-volume full cycle recruitment process for multiple business units within the UST Talent Acquisition Team.
Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategy by leading, in take meetings, interview kickoff and feedback meetings on all active searches.
Review resumes from various sources and conduct phone interviews to prescreen candidates and make recommendations to hiring managers.
Partner closely with the Sourcer to develop a strategy to attract and recruit diversity of talent in highly competitive markets.
Partner with Recruiting Coordinator to deliver an exceptional and timely candidate experience.
Coach hiring managers to create a productive interview structure and develop behavioral interview questions.
Develop and maintain relationships with communities and resources, including colleges and universities, agencies, and various associations and organizations.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
A minimum of 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience in high growth, high volume organization(s).
Experience in recruiting, hiring and interviewing for positions in numerous disciplines strongly preferred.
Experience working with Microsoft Office suite and experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.
Experience partnering across organizations, with hiring teams, Human Resources, and stakeholders of various levels.
Approximately 10% travel may be required in support of the position’s responsibilities.
Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
