Responsible for developing and managing the strategy on specific programs within their assigned account. Examples include Lease Terminations, Closeout Remediation and PO Management. Supervisory responsibilities may be required.
Responsible for driving top-line growth for business for assigned account(s).
Manage financial analysis and overall amendment budget for assigned accounts, keeping them within budget and on track to meet or exceed required revenue goals. Work closely with stakeholder teams to develop tools and processes to drive monetary performance.
Key operational interface between the customer and cross functional teams. Ensure project related action items are reviewed and addressed in a timely manner; take the lead to provide proactive updates to customers.
Manage the end-to-end process for projects with the highest level of difficulty, including sites requiring tower modifications, land negotiations, compliance and regulatory contingencies, etc.
Proactively build and maintain strong customer relationships; maintain consistent communication and manage customer needs and expectations by ensuring project timelines are met.
As a Senior APM you may be responsible for the recruitment, performance management and career development of Account Project Managers. You’ll also be expected to cultivate a collaborative team dynamic that enables us to meet our business objectives.
Minimum of 7 years of customer experience required
Minimum of 3 years project management experience required.
Minimum of 4 years of network deployment leasing experience managing high volume transactions required.
Experience in managing and leading a team preferred.
Demonstrated experience with process and system improvement initiatives, including highlighting where opportunities exist as well as implementing improvements.
Approximately 10% travel may be required in support of the position’s responsibilities.
Strong organization, planning, and project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks for self and team to meet requirements and deadlines.
Strong leadership skills; ability to drive and motivate team to achieve results.
