Inside Sales / Admin
Job Summary:
Assist with sales related responsibilities, order entry, and general inventory management.
Job Description:
•Responsible for the receipt and processing of incoming customer orders and over the counter sales.
•Assist in procuring inventory as needed to maintain branch stock and fulfill customer orders.
•Assist Branch Manager in processing Commercial orders to ship Direct from Manufacturers.
•Manage Delivery Schedule for customer’s orders and incoming deliveries
•Work with Warehouse Manager to schedule and dispatch deliveries.
•Assist the Outside Salesperson (Territory Manager) in quoting and responding to customer needs when needed.
•Monthly Bonus for meeting warehouse budget for branch sales through market awareness, job selling, initiative and job quotes in a professional manner.
•Maintain stock and ensure the showroom is always presentable.
•Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Maintain awareness of new products and systems
• Aptitude for developing counter and winning sales strategies
• Ability to obtain and retain new buyers by creating long-lasting relationships
• Effective at price quoting and follow-up communication
• Experience with cash handling
• Ability to operate a PC and related software
• Strong ability to prioritize and meet company timelines
Education:
• Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
• 3+ years inside sales experience in related industry
• Roofing material experience
• Bilingual - Spanish - This skill will increase pay rate
