Implement and manage one or more programs designed to improve our Medicare and ACA members experience with our health plan and the overall health care system.
Responsible for program goals and program benchmarks.
Evaluates the operational and effectiveness of the programs and provide regular summary of program status and enhancement options.
Responsible for reporting and analytics
Markets programs with both internal stakeholders, members, and providers to increase awareness and engagement.
May manage relationships with internal business partners or external vendors who administer programs
Serves as business partner to providers for program oversight and administration
Supports vendor contract process and invoice tracking
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 3+ years relevant work experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good presentation, oral and written communication skills
Project management and planning skills
Knowledge of Medicare/ACA Risk Adjustment preferred
Proficient experience in Microsoft Office Suite
Independence has implemented a “Hybrid of Choice” model which provides our associates with the flexibility to choose whether to work remotely, work in the office every day, or work in the office on certain days at their discretion. However, management may require our associates to work from Independence’s physical office locations on certain occasions. This role is designated as a role that fits into the “Hybrid of Choice” model. While associates may work remotely, the work must be performed in the Tri-State Area of Delaware, New Jersey or Pennsylvania.
