QUALIFICATIONS:
A Program Coordinator - Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services (PRS) shall have one of the following:
A Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years’ work experience in mental health direct service, of which one (1) must be work experience in Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services (PRS). Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) certification shall be attained within two (2) years from the date of hire as a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist; OR
Must have audio/visual/verbal capabilities to provide supervision for the clients and to perform essential job functions.

Must possess good written and verbal communication skills.

CORE COMPETENCIES:
Provide supervision and leadership to the PRS specialist and PRS worker in the PRS service delivery model.
Develop and monitor staff work scheduled and work assignments.
Assess, monitor and implement programmatic interventions as needed to ensure a high quality standard of care.
Assign and monitor caseload assignments.
Ensure all documentation meets the state and regulatory requirements.
Oversee the development and implementation of Strength and Needs assessment and Individualized Rehabilitation Plans and updates according to consumer need and regulatory requirements.
Liaison with internal and external stakeholder for collaboration of care.
Uphold all accreditation, licensing and MCO regulations and standards.
Maintain physical plant upkeep.
Attend consumer and agency meetings as needed.
Works collaboratively with the Director of Quality Improvement to ensure fidelity to evidence based treatment modalities.
