Responsibilities

• Understands the client's business including the success criteria, business issues, and problems being resolved by the project engagement


• Uses consultative skills and understanding of technology to address requirements and objectives


• Generate and document requirements


• Draft and track communications

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience


• A Bachelor Degree


• Strong experience in process redesign


• Experience in change management


• Experience working in a consulting capacity required


• Strong communication skills


• Three (3)+ Years of supporting Federal Government Clients


• Experience working in an Agile environment

• Any IT Certifications like CSM (Certified Scrum Master), Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner PMI-ACP
