Job Description:

The Director-Immigration Strategy for Experis is responsible for the successful design, iteration and execution of the H1B Visa program in Experis and serves as an organizational expert across ManpowerGroup. The Immigration Channel Director contributes to the Experis business, convenience, strategic accounts and practices by attracting, deploying and retaining H1B Visa talent to drives profitable growth in Experis account and solve for in demand talent and skill needs across our portfolio of clients. Oversees a team of people to drive project and managed delivery solutions.

Making an Impact
• Design and operationalize strategy to expand H1B Visa program. Drive growth and improve overall efficiency. Full project management including planning and execution, monitoring control of project financials, management of deliverables and ensuring ongoing continuous improvement for the H1B Visa talent and our clients. Additionally, is responsible for program expansion, strategic delivery and attendance at monthly and quarterly business reviews on progress.
• Responsible to identify and mitigate risks to the program and escalate to Senior Leadership in the Experis organization.
• Remain current on applicable legislation or regulatory changes that impact an Immigration channel delivery program.
• As organization grows, develop, coach and lead a team. Provide direction, and feedback to ensure quality performance and growth.
• Serve as an Immigration channel expert, providing consultation to other delivery professionals, clients, the business to ensure adoption of the program in proposals, RFP's, and other client pitch opportunities.
• Design and execute on talent attraction strategy to attract, hire and manage H1B Visa talent with in demand skills.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Sharing Expertise
• Leverage expertise in across all sales and delivery channels to ensure H1B Visa talent strategy is leveraged with appropriate client opportunities.
• Stay abreast of our Delivery and Practice offerings
• Serve as expert in designing solutions for clients where H1B talent would help solve a clients talent needs.
• Provide mentoring and oversight to sales and delivery roles on how to best leverage the H1B delivery strategy.
• Share expertise with clients.
• Collaborate with Practice and Sales leadership to learn and share customer insights and align growth strategy.

Gaining Exposure
• Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with sales, delivery and practices to ensure effective use of H1B strategy and achieve growth goals.
• Manage client and candidate relationships to address questions and escalations and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with 3rd party vendors on legal management of H1B Visa requirements.

Your Typical Day
• Design, iterate and execute on growth strategy.
• Design, execute and manage candidate strategy.
• Collaborate with sales and proposals to architect client solutions.
• Serve as an expert in the H1B Visa space, internally, externally, with clients, and in thought leadership.
• Daily management and connection with 3rd party vendor on H1B visa legal requirements. Ensure audit process and compliance check process is in place and managed.
• As the business grows, manage a team and people leadership responsibilities.
• Research on law, policy and regulations that impact strategy.

Qualifications:

Experience
Required
• 10+ years managing H1B Visa Programs in similar organizations at scale
• 2+ years of experience consulting with clients at senior leadership levels
• 3+ years of experience leading project teams (project managers, consultants, technical experts)
• High School Diploma

Nice to Have
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience working for a large, global, matrixed organization
• Staffing Industry Experience

If local (within 50 miles of Milwaukee, WI) this position is based in our Global Headquarters located in downtown Milwaukee. Employees may work virtual some of the time depending on role (1-2 days per week). o Yearly Compensation Range: Minimum Salary: $105,000.00 - Maximum Salary: $175,000.00
o Other Compensation: This position does include the potential for additional compensation
