Arthrex is actively seeking a Sr Applicaions Analyst -IT Operations Technology who works directly with the Arthrex IT Infrastructure Services within Arthrex and will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and decision-making for assigned IT Infrastructure team and services. Working closely with external Infrastructure Managed Service partner to ensure assigned tasks and operating procedures are being delivered. Excellent communications and analytical skills, strong technical project management skills and a Bachelors' degree will be essential for this position. Location: Naples, FL

We would like this position to sit with us in our Corporate Headquarters in Naples to work directly with the team with a partial-flexible WFH policy in effect. Generous relocation package offered! However we are open to it being remote for the right situation.

Main Objective:

Responsible to design and / or configure, analyze, implement, test, and maintain the organization ' s on-premise and cloud computing applications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in application configuration, analysis, management , and maintenance in an enterprise environment, including (where applicable):

  • Access administration and user onboarding .

  • I ssue resolution, patching, and performance monitoring.

  • Reliability, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.

  • Monitor system logs for unusual activity and escalate or make recommendations for resolution .

  • Participate in infrastructure projects to provide application specifications and requirements , as well as operational , run book , and capacity planning information .


  • Support user training activities.

  • A dhere to Quality System Procedures and C hange C ontrol .

  • Provide application end user support .

  • Respond, resolve, or escalate reported incidents.

  • Under management direction, may participate as SME for audits .


  • Responsible for coordinating application needs from back - end platforms through user interface.

  • Ensure stability, integration, and integrity of production systems .

  • Complete all QA Non-Conformance and Corrective Actions in a timely manner, as required.

  • Participate in assessment of application security and identity management requirements, where applicable.

Education/ Experience


  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred

  • 5 + years of relevant work experience required


Additional Duties & Responsibilities

  • Document system requirements, define scope and objectives, and create system specifications.

  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of cloud technology, including

  • Create and maintain application operational and instructional documentation as necessary.

  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 on-call coverage support.

  • Monitor, record, investigate, and diagnose system faults and errors aimed to resolve technical issues and respond to requests for support.

  • Mentor junior Analysts.

  • Analyze business process potentials for streamlining and improvements in efficiencies.

  • Work with IT management and Business Analysts to provide direction in large cross-functional teams.

  • Provide technical training assistance for users, applications programming team, and other staff

Specialized Skills


  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation

  • Experience working in projects where multiple functions work in a matrix structure is a plus

  • Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the implementation, integration, configuration, and operation of ITSM/ITOM Platform solutions such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Remedy, etc.

  • Led ITIL and ITSM process development including extensive experience with Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration Management are required. Experience with other ITIL processes is a plus.

  • Proven experience in defining and deploying 'to be' ITSM processes, then using that information to develop practical solutions from a people, process, and technology perspective.

  • IT Experience in a regulated environment preferred (Medical Device manufacturing industry experience is a plus).
