Job Description:

Buckeye Culligan in Columbus is currently seeking an Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our office support team.  Starting hourly wage for this position will fall between $15-$17! Hours of operation are between 8am-5pm, no evenings or weekends.  This is an in-office position that will be located in Columbus.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from our very important customers


• Resolve any product or service related issues; follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction


• Schedule deliveries, dispatch service technicians and/or route representatives to customer locations


• Prepare sales commissions and payroll for final processing at our corporate office (must be proficient in Excel)


• Take payments and maintain customer records by updating account information


• Handle collection calls and maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments when necessary


• Prepare and maintain compliance and regulatory reporting (sales reports, month end reporting, etc.)

 

Qualifications:

• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced fun environment


• Strong work ethic (honesty and integrity are key for this position and to our organization)


• Excellent communication skills including helpfulness and patience in dealing with fellow employees and external customers and vendors


• Exceptional problem-solving skills


• Must be able to work on-site at location


• Ability to work independently


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred


• Customer service and multi-line telephone experience preferred
