SUMMARY
Provide the expertise and knowledge that support the college curriculum and programs. Establish courses following accepted higher education standards, teach students using a variety of effective methodologies and provide engagement and support activities that encourage student learning. The role of the Instructional Faculty encompasses teaching and learning, academic advising, professional development and institutional and community service.
Deliver the training to healthcare professionals who want to enhance their crisis response and interprofessional communication abilities to enhance the outcomes of emergency situations. Participants will learn how to assume both leadership and subordinate roles based on interdisciplinary communication and efforts to help people, in addition to improving their communication skills. Participants will gain relevant insights on how to communicate, think critically, and work effectively in a team to improve outcomes while developing an established routine for situational awareness and response in extremely stressful situations.

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Healthcare, Organizational Management, Education or related field required. Work experience may be considered in lieu of education required.
Master’s degree preferred.
3 years work experience in healthcare, organizational management or education required.
Experience in corporate training or in an environment where team dynamics effect high stress situations preferred.
