St. Paul’s is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator. This position is temporary full-time and could last from 3 to 9 months.
You will be the point of contact for all administrative items needed to bring in new employees. Managers will look to you for support in posting jobs online. You will be the main contact for all prospective employees as well, helping guide them through our onboarding process. As such, you will be critical in ensuring that our perspective employees have a high-quality onboarding experience.
This administrative position will assist with the human resources process for all business locations, including the HR department. This role will require your ability to effectively communicate with management and post jobs through various social networking sites.
The essential duties of the position are as follows:
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Requires prior knowledge of principles and practices of human resources, or willingness to learn. Prior experience with an HRIS database is preferred. Requires effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, computer literacy, and phone skills. Proficient in using available technology and must be accurate with attention to detail. Ability to work well with all levels to build teams & partnerships. Highly organized and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; a Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) is preferred. Minimum of two to four years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
