Cashier/Caesars Rewards Administrative Assistant at Caesars Entertainment in Stateline, Nevada

Job Description:

This position provides administrative/clerical services to two or more Managers or departments. This position is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the integrity of the customer database and for investigating and combining duplicate accounts.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS :

• Coordinates and processes clerical work relating to the functions of the departments.

• Prepares and maintains records, reports, files and similar data as required.

• Answers incoming calls and provides appropriate information to people who call on the telephone or who come in person.

• Assists in planning/executing team meetings and celebrations

• Delivery and restocking of product ordered to proper area.

• Maintains integrity of database, customer information and processes in relation to the Total Rewards customer database.

• Updates all system codes that interface with the customer database; communicates changes to all pertinent departments.

• Responsible for reviewing and correcting incorrect addresses and/or other customer information in the database.

• Maintains monitors and communicates Name and Address data entry standards.

• Processes daily combined reports for multiple accounts.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred

• One year of related experience required, casino cage and/or loyalty marketing program preferred

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fluent and Literate in English

• Above average computer skills, with knowledge of character based and GUI software systems

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word and Access

• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business

• Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same.

• Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures

PHYSICAL, MENTAL and ENVIRONMENTALDEMANDS:

• Must be able to sit, stand or walk for long periods of time

• Visual and auditory range must include immediate environment.

• Must-have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other

necessary office equipment.

• Must-have the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, and kneel

• Must-have mobility to navigate between the two properties

• Ability to grasp, finger dexterity, use repetitive hand motion

• Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds

• Mobility to move about the workspace

• Ability to monitor/respond to visual and audio cues

Positions that have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy

environment and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products. Also, non-public contact positions may be required to enter public areas from time to time, in connection with their duties, and may be subject to the same environment.
