The Nurse Director of Women’s Services will have access to a wide networking range of healthcare specialties. This hospital has The Joint Commission Seal of Approval in multiple areas such as The National Quality, Spine Surgery, and Certified Stroke Center.

The RN Director of Women Services will oversee and provide support to the facilities Mother- Baby Service which includes Labor and Delivery, Baby Nursery, Recovery, Postpartum, and NICU. The women’s Services Director will oversee a total of 30+ beds and approximately 50 FTEs. The Director of Nursing will supervise the clinical care performance of staff members and must be committed to developing a safe environment, must be flexible, and make judgments based on assessments and act accordingly.

This award winning hospital is looking for a Women’s Services Nursing Leader that will ensure high-quality standards of care and a safe environment in compliance with infection control standards, specialty organizations, DPH, and The Joint Commission standards and recommendations, and assures consistent implementation by all staff.
