Ignite Digital Services has an exciting opportunity for various Program Analyst roles, ranging from Junior to Senior level, in San Diego, CA.  We are looking for enthusiastic individuals that are motivated self-starters with superior listening, effective communication, and organizational skills to support our customers program management operations. Individuals will be responsible for the day-to-day management support of cross-functional projects in support of the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) and provide timely program management support, documentation, and deliverables to efficiently accomplish the mission of PEO C4I.

Responsibilities:

• Provide program planning and analysis for all C4I mission system issues, compliance requirements, product availability and implementation estimates


• Apply analytical techniques in support of the evaluation of program/project objectives


• Analyze requirements, status, budget, and schedules


• Perform management, technical, or business case analysis


• Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures


• Conduct work simplification and measurement studies.


• Support recurring meetings and C4I integration working group sessions


• Coordinate SCN requirements with APMs, IPMs, PIPMs and PEO Ships stakeholders


• Support tracking and updating of risk/issues for PEO Ships PARM

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to obtain DoD security clearance


• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field 


• Ability to track funding, expenditures, and requirements


• Understanding of Risk, Issues and Opportunities framework


• Microsoft Office suite products experience


• Ability to work independently and as a team member


• Ability to learn and apply project management concepts to assigned duties


• Excellent oral and written skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience applying data management, data analysis, and data visualization


• Experience in designing multiple data visualization techniques and applying the most appropriate visualization tailored to various audiences


• Specialized project management support experience with a Navy acquisition program or related/comparable project management support experience with Department of Defense (DoD) agencies


• PMP Certified
