Responsibilities

Revolution is now hiring for a Plant Manager in Stuttgart, AR. This role will be responsible for directing and managing all plant operations with overall production, maintenance, quality, and other production-related activities. In addition, this position will ensure safe operations and adherence to regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. The successful candidate will be a motivated individual who has strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.

• Direct and manage plant operations for production, maintenance, quality, shipping, and receiving.
• Ensure progressive safety behaviors are executed, accidents and near misses of any severity level are thoroughly investigated, and countermeasures implemented.
• Manage material and finished product inventories to meet quality, performance, and customer service requirements.
• Champion and drive a continuous improvement culture to maximize competitiveness and financial returns.
• Assess, plan, recommend and implement approved capital improvement projects that deliver ROI and improve output.
• Assist with setting budgets for assigned operations.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, HR, and Finance functions to enhance operational capabilities.
• Develop technical skills and business savvy across core leadership teams and foster a collaborative environment to prepare the next generation of leaders.
• Implement cost-effective control systems over capital, operating expenditures, manpower, wages, and salaries.
• Maintain existing plant facilities and equipment; replace or make improvements as necessary.
• Implement and maintain preventative maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• College degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in stretch-film, plastics manufacturing, or similar industry preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Excellent analytic skills required.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage teams and projects.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, relationship-building, and conflict management skills. Results-driven.

• Operate with the highest ethical standards.
