What You'll Do

As a Regional Practice Lead for Anaplan, you are primarily responsible for the practice operations, alliance management, and successful delivery of Slalom's Anaplan planning solutions for our clients in the Eastern US. Responsibilities include:

  • Establishing, growing, and maintaining relationships with Slalom and Anaplan Sales teams within the region.

  • Leading the delivery of cross-functional engagements to ensure client and consultant satisfaction consistent with Slalom's Delivery Excellence framework.

  • Overseeing development of POCs and custom demos for complex sales pursuit in concert with Go-to-Market (GTM) teams.

  • Collaborating with our clients to develop their Connected Planning roadmaps.

  • Driving alignment across various stakeholders to gain consensus, highlight results, and manage risk.

  • Contributing to the architectural design and development of solutions when required.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years' experience implementing Enterprise Performance Management solutions

  • 5+ years of consulting experience, including people management and pre-sales support

  • Extensive experience with Anaplan

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel / financial modeling skills

  • Demonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology - requirements gathering, design, build/test and deploy (Agile methodology preferable)

  • Superb written and oral communication skills

  • Penchant for service excellence and a collaborative style

  • Subject matter expertise in planning and modeling in Supply Chain, Finance or Sales strongly preferred

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

  • Results-oriented, motivated, self-starter

  • Coaching mentality

  • Collegial, open and grounded in integrity

  • Desire to work with a truly dynamic and exciting team, with a "roll-up your sleeves" approach

  • Strong desire to excel and be committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career

  • Ability to travel 50%+ within region
