Nature & Scope:

This position is a great opportunity for an individual who is self-motivated, results-driven, and an independent achiever. Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. This position reports to the Production Control Supervisor and supports customer service benchmark efforts to ensure on-time shipment of parts orders, work orders (made to stock items), and submittal materials.

Specific Job Responsibilities & Duties:

• Communicate directly with Project Management the status of parts orders, track parts order materials through the procurement and production processes, maintain parts order status log and make that data available to the PM team


• Interact will all support and shipping functions to process parts orders


• Process inventory transactions when required


• Process rate changes in Synchrono as required


• Expedite make-in-house work orders through the production process, track and reconcile work orders for in-house fabricated components

Qualifications:

Education

• High School Diploma

• Minimum of 2 years previous manufacturing experience


• Window experience is appreciated

• Excellent planning and organizational skills


• Ability to be resourceful and creative thinking skills


• Strong communication skills


• Must be Proficient in the use of personal computers, Microsoft Office Software
