A world-renowned healthcare organization located in Metropolitan Texas is seeking an RN Assistant Director Surgical Services to join its team of outstanding healthcare professionals!

The RN Assistant Director Surgical Services will work at a 520-bed acute care hospital that values its commitment to excellence in quality and safety and provides patients and the community with quality and safe care. This Level 1 trauma center, magnet-designated facility offers a wide array of specialty services including surgical OR, emergency services ER, cardiology, women’s services OB, and orthopedics. This organization is fully accredited by the Joint Commission and has been recognized for its outstanding performance in patient safety.

The RN Assistant Director Surgical Services will provide direct oversight for all operations within the surgical services department. The RN Assistant Director Surgical Services will ensure optimal working flow and compliance with organization and state regulations. The RN Assistant Director Surgical Services will assist with developing and implementing policies and procedures and maintain an efficient nursing model to achieve desired patient outcomes. The RN Assistant Director Surgical Services is supported by a team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and staff.

Requirements include:

• Experience working in healthcare management


• Minimum Bachelor’s degree


• CNOR certification preferred
