DCG/Industry Principal - Digital SCM - HiTech at Infosys Limited in Richardson, Texas

Job Description:

Infosys's Domain Consulting Group (DCG) is seeking an Industry Consultant with Digital Supply Chain offering for Hitech and Core Manufacturing Sector Experience.

You will consult and advise clients across the Manufacturing & Hi-Tech Sectors in:

• Value Chain Optimization


• Differentiating Business Capabilities


• Operations Business Technology Strategy


• Large Transformation Program governance

• Be a key player in growing the domain consulting revenue and team at the service of clients with consulting and advisory at the intersection of business and technology.


• Create transformation business case, functional architecture, requirements decomposition, process design, functional deployment plan, knowledge transfer to service teams.


• Proactively partner geo sales leaders in researching, qualifying and building large deal opportunities


• Business travel in the range of 30%

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.


• At least 12+ years of experience in Business Technology consulting / Product Platforms


• Location: Bay Area, CA


• Strong experience in the few of the Domains: Planning, Sourcing and Procurement, Supply chain management, Manufacturing execution, Logistics, Warehousing including inventory management


• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes or work experience within manufacturing & Hitech setup is desired.


• Strong understanding of technology trends like AI/ML, Block chain etc. in supply chain management.


• Work on client assignments, typically large transformational IT programs, as an individual contributor or managing a team of consultants


• Engage with client business and IT as well as with internal Infosys stakeholders throughout the phases of an IT program from planning through proposing a solution and implementation


• Define business/process models taking into account Industry best practices


• Work with Infosys Sales team to lead or drive business/functional content in client pursuits


• Drive new solution development, product offerings and capability development.


• Though leadership through publications and industry events participation
