At GDIT, people are our differentiator.  As a Mobile Device Systems Engineer supporting the Government, you will be charged with engineering solutions for smartphone mobile devices management systems and windows-based tablets.

In this role, a typical day may include:

• Designing system architectures to include the software hardware, and communications to support the total requirements and provides for present and future cross functional requirements and interfaces


• Providing comprehensive definition of all aspects of system development from analysis of mission needs to verification of system performance


• Reviewing and deploying DISA STIGS through Mobile Device Management (MDM) Configuration and Compliance Policies via Blackberry, Microsoft Intune, and/or other future MDM systems.


• Creating and testing MDM policies on mobile devices such as smart phones, tablets, and laptops.


• Creating build documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for MDM systems for transition to Operation teams.


• Configuring Apple Business Management to synchronize with organizational MDM systems to enable supervised iOS devices.


• Creating, editing, and reviewing Microsoft 365 Azure Active directory groups and accounts.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain and maintain a CI poly.


• Must meet DoD 8570 IAT Level II requirements including one of the following:  Security+ CE, CND, SSCP, GSEC, GICSP, CySA+, or CCNA Security.


• Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certification or training, or work/military experience


• 5+ years of relevant experience


• Experience with mobile device management and enterprise mobile management infrastructure


• MD-100: Modern Desktop Certification Windows Client certification required


• MD-101: Managing Modern Desktops certification required
