We:

• Focus on both sides of the material disruption occurring in consumer facing industries


• Serve public and private equity owned companies to improve operating results


• Drive large scale transformations and assist during M&A / carve out activities


• Bring a structured, disciplined approach to create and capture value


• Get things done - results orientation is in our DNA

• Partner with the CRG Leadership Team to develop and manage the budgeting, forecasting and planning process for CRG (Consumer & Retail Group)


• Liaise with our corporate finance organization to obtain data and analysis in a timely and efficient manner


• Prepare weekly and monthly reporting on KPIs, analyzing results and highlighting potential risk areas


• Proactively monitor P&L activity, providing variance analysis to spending relative to plan


• Recommend the development and implementation of new processes and tools to improve effectiveness and efficiency


• Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for leadership meetings


• Support to our business leaders through data analysis and thought leadership


• Provide invoicing training, guidance and assistance as needed by our team


• Partner with other business units to share best practices and benchmarks across the firm


• Assist with Ad-hoc projects

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting


• 5-10 years of FP&A or other analytical experience, ideally in Financial Services or Management Consulting


• Extremely Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint


• Ability to prioritize and multi task


• Organizational fit with A&M's culture and values


• Flexibility work longer hours, notably in the 4th quarter (Oct-Dec) time period.


• Able to quickly articulate and communicate information to CRG Leadership
