Interested parties should have a strong background in leading and delivering transformation; integrated organization design and development; leadership, talent, workforce strategy and programs; or HR functional experience in consulting or industry. Core to this experience is the ability to work with and solve client challenges through a data driven influence and interpersonal skills.
