Job Summary
The Provider Training Department supports QTC’s key strategic initiatives by supplying a functional provider network trained on the client’s contractual requirements and expectations. The Provider Training Specialist’s main responsibility is to ensure the providers are properly trained on the requirements of the client and all appropriate QTC software by: providing instructor-led training; acting as a mentor to address provider training needs; and ensuring the effectiveness of QTC’s provider training programs. In addition, this role will work with various departments within the company in company-wide project initiatives and to ensure provider training is in line with business needs. Technical training will be provided to the right candidates.
