JOB DESCRIPTION

This individual will gain on-hands experience in product management by providing entry level assistance to the Product Management Team within the OEM and Partner Solutions product offering . This role will offer the potential to collaborate with manufacturing and sourcing, finance, engineering and R&D, the Field Sales organization, key business partners and the management team to help maximize the growth, development and return on investment of the organization's product portfolio today and in the future. This position requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, tactical skills, analytical skills, strategic thinking, a strong drive for getting results, and personal development.

JOB DUTIES

• Perform Market Analysis of revenue share in the market

• Conduct Market Research to assist in defining product strategy by collecting data focused on internal capabilities, the competitive landscape and voice of the customer

• Analyze/interpret results and present findings to department/business leaders and offer recommendations based on findings

• Create user stories

• Learn how to build products using an Agile Methodology

• Acquire knowledge on Resideo's product management process.

• Identify gaps and problems in internal business process flow - make recommendations for improvement

• VOC (Voice of Customer) investigation

• Roadmap and budgeting collaboration

• NPI (New Product Introduction) preparation and product development

• Other duties as assigned.

YOU MUST HAVE

• You are a college student or enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program
