Position Summary

Come join our Corporate Real Estate, Workplace Strategy & Design team as a Workspace Data Analyst, who will measure workplace effectiveness through analyzing space data & metrics, partner with stakeholders, and use analytical thinking to aggregate data from multiple sources to help generate solutions.

The role will focus on partnering with existing internal peer organizations such as Corporate Real Estate and Facilities, internal support groups such as HR, IT, and other Business leaders to assist in the advancement of our Real Estate and Workplace Strategies.

You have


  • Two to four (2-4) years of experience in processing reports and working with data.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.

  • Strong technical expertise in data modeling, database design, and data visualization.

  • Advanced knowledge of statistics and experience analyzing datasets (including pivot tables, Vlookup, merging data from multiple sources in Excel, etc).

  • Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, SharePoint, and data visualization software (Tableau).

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to accelerate impact and lead change.

  • Ability to convey information with a wide audience effectively, both visually and verbally.

You will


  • Measure, identify, and evaluate workplace effectiveness through analyzing a variety of space data sources & metrics.

  • Redesign, evolve, and maintain company data/dashboards into something that has a positive impact on company operations.

  • Create new dashboards as reporting needs evolve.

  • Monitor for continuous quality improvement process whenever efficiencies or quality standards are not met.

  • Help identify, then act to remove incorrect or corrupted data to fix errors and related problems.

  • Drive to improve awareness by providing and presenting trending analysis.

  • Use creative and analytical thinking to aggregate data from multiple sources and generate solutions for occupancy problems, providing analysis for decision making.

  • Prepare one-time and recurring (weekly, monthly) reports to support Real Estate, Workplace strategy, and other leaders/ stakeholders stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data. Support by collecting, analyzing, and providing data, reports, and recommendations as needed.

  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with key stakeholders and vendor partners.

Location


  • Flexible in Holmdel, NJ, CT, NY or Bethlehem, PA with expectation of being in the office a minimum of 2 days per week (Tues, Wed, or Thurs) with the rest at home.

  • Occasional travel to/from our primary Guardian Office locations: Holmdel, NJ, Hudson Yards, NYC, Bethlehem, PA , CT will be required, as needed.
