Overview
We are looking for a Director Diversity Equity Incl and Belonging (DEI&B) to join our team. This position will directly report to the Director of Talent Management and is responsible for contibuting to the company's success by leading the development and mobilization of the DEI&B strategy, initiatives, programs and partnerships across the organization.
Increases awareness, inspires commitment and drives strategic action to attract/develop diverse talent across the enterprise by analyzing and presenting talent demographics, monitoring trends, engaging leaders and gaining their commitment to participate in diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Creates communications content to share news, success stories, and information about DEI&B initiatives via the intranet site, and in partnership with the MarCom team external-facing Gentiva sites, company newsletters, company social media channels and other vehicles.
Leads working teams focused on fostering diverse and inclusive behaviors in the culture through key programs and initiatives.
About You
Bachelor's degree in related discipline required (e.g., Business, Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Diversity & Inclusion, Multicultural Marketing, or related field.). Master's degree preferred
8-10 years of professional experience in Humans Resources, Diversity & Inclusion, strategy, change management or process, including assignments with direct interaction with all levels of employees
At least 4 years of experience leading indirect working teams
Knowledge of equal opportunity, affirmative action, and other compliance regulations
Strong background and understanding of diversity and inclusion in a corporate environment
Prior experience in the Hospice industry is a plus
Experience in visual design is a plus
