The Hospital Director of Laboratory Services will be able to execute their day to day operations with ease.

The Hospital Laboratory Director will be responsible for organizing, planning, and managing the operations of the Laboratory Department. This includes performing tests on various specimens to learn information on how to treat and diagnosis diseases. The Hospital Director of Laboratory Services will be the cornerstone of quality improvement within the department and participate in CQI activities. The Hospital Lab Director will also execute fiscal responsibilities, ensuring that the department’s budget is correctly formulated. The Hospital Laboratory Director will be responsible for all protocol on the city, state, and federal regulations.
