CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER - Ti-Cast/HIP at Howmet Aerospace in Whitehall, Michigan

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of seven years' experience working in manufacturing companies; three of the seven years' experience Sales, Customer Service, Production Control and/or Purchasing
  • Minimum 3 yrs experience in leadership
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree in Business or Supply Chain or MBA

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the Aerospace industry.
  • Demonstrated Project Management skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Experience with querying databases
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Experience developing relationships with customers

This position will be located in our Plant 5, Ti-Cast / HIP Operation.
