Job Description:

About the Role:

Support the Learning Consulting team and consult with Content Strategist, value proposition squad, CAPs, or other partners to produce appropriate learning solutions for complex value propositions, CAPs opportunities, or other projects.

You Will:


  • Assist the consulting team as consulting supports the advice on complex learning solutions in consideration of challenges and member learning needs through inquiry and exploring possibilities in collaboration with Go-To-Market value proposition squad, CaPs team and strategic projects contacts

  • Be co-owner of multiple assigned curriculum topics to include understanding of current portfolio, earlier projects, and future trends to inform annual planning, updates and the need for new solutions, as part of the Go to Market and annual planning process

  • Support the Learning Discovery process and create recommendation(s) for the appropriate learning solution(s) for the client, partner, and learner audience(s)

  • Participate in determining options, feasibility and costs for recommended learning solutions with input from content studio teams. Provide guidance during the prototype development and validation phase for new solutions

  • Support creation of digital sales enablement resources for use by sales channels, including CaPs for complex learning solutions

  • Help determine the learning and change problem /outcome or opportunity

  • Maintain the learning discovery summary template

You Have:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, education, design, psychology or similar field

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in learning organization

  • Understanding of adult learning theory and its application in professional learning solutions.
