JOB Summary 

This position will support product implementation across a broad group of functions and individuals to lead execution of new product process designs, implementation, and rollout, along with supporting activities, focusing on communication and effective tracking of activities in a matrix organization, as well as other direct responsibilities supporting the successful execution of product strategy priorities.

Responsibilities 


  • Serve as product enablement manager for insurance product implementation in support of Chubb’s growing US worksite and voluntary distribution channels, enabling successful product introductions across all departments and functions.

  • Provide product enablement support in all stages in the life cycle of product implementation, including but not limited to the early stages of product definition, CBA generation and initial approval by Governance Committees, requirement gathering, development, and launch.

  • Partner with managers, staff, and vendors as necessary through meaningful working relationships.  Develop an understanding of the company’s business processes, organization structure, and supporting technology.

  • Assists business partners in implementing business and technology solutions, including clarifying product business requirements of existing and new capabilities.

  • Documents and communicates the status, risk and issues associated with product enablement to the business stakeholders and leaders within the organization and leads the actions required (corrective or not) to ensure implementation objectives are achieved.

  • Mentor and train staff in topics related to business product enablement.

  • Manage product enablement collateral–focused SharePoint site and perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Provide product support to actuarial, underwriting, enrollment, ops, compliance, and marketing activities for implementation.

  • Manage portfolio actions on specific products as assigned.

Education and Experience 


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience  is required

  • 5+ years of business experience

  • Accident & Health insurance industry experience is a plus
