Position Summary:  

As part of the Human Resources organization, this role will assist in the execution of Constellation Brands’ global HRIS strategy. Primary responsibilities include the administration and maintenance of employee data, and the execution of HRIS policies and procedures.  Role requires an understanding of HR data requirements and ability to develop strong working relationships with all system users.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient and effective daily operation of the Workday HRIS focusing on business process workflow design, integrations support and report writing


• Supports HR information system and related policies and procedures designed to obtain, record, and process employee information


• Troubleshoot system problems, provide user support, design complex reports, help ensure system integrity, write user documentation, and conduct user training


• Ensure data integrity by analyzing and performing regular audits of the information contained in the HRIS


• Provide business process support to the HR Coordinator (ECC) team that is managing personnel transactions


• Confer with users to define their business information reporting needs and to advise on the application of Workday to resolve those needs


• Possess excellent time management skills, decision & problem-solving skills, interact with all levels of staff with professionalism, confidentiality, and sensitivity to employee and company information.


• Provide excellent customer service, both internally and externally

Required Qualifications:

• Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish.


• Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years related business experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience


• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment


• Bilingual in English and Spanish


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Strong follow up and multitask management


• Accurate, logical, well organized and detail orientated


• Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills

Recommended Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with an HR system- Workday preferred.

ADA Physical/Mental/Workplace Requirements

• Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.


• Sitting, working at desk/personal computer for extended periods of time


• Primary work environment is professional corporate office


• Must be able to travel commercially
