Job Description:

The Property Management Coordinator oversees assisting the Residential Property Manager in overseeing the different residential properties owned or managed by Taos Ski Valley Inc. Examples of such properties include The Blake Residences and The Blake Penthouses. Additional responsibilities will include assisting the Residential Property Manager with rental management, owner hospitality management, interdepartmental communication, communication with homeowners and third-party vendors, as well as inspecting all managed properties/units on a frequent and consistent basis. Additionally, the Property Management Coordinator will act as a liaison to homeowners and service providers and in doing so will be the subject matter expert on invoice audits, property inspections, and property management software (specifically Springer Miller Systems). The ideal candidate will excel in interpersonal skills, be confident in their ability to learn new software programs, have some knowledge of home maintenance and repairs, and the ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.

Work Environment:
Taos Ski Valley, Inc. is often a fast-paced work environment, especially during Holiday and Peak days. TSVI is located in a high-altitude alpine environment. Position may require travel on uneven, snow-packed, or icy terrain and may be exposed to wet, cold, and/or humid conditions. Must be able to work in close quarters and with other staff.

Physical Demands of Position Include:
Frequently lifting up to25pounds and occasionally lifting up to50-75pounds.Sitting approximately50-60% of the time. Occasional walking, reaching, and bending. This position will require individuals to be out in winter conditions 10% of the time.Requires standing for long periods of time and being able to reach approximately 60 inches of height.
