DH Pace Company, Inc. is looking for a Contract Analyst to join our Risk Services team. In this administration role, your main duties will be to review various construction contracts, bids, service agreements, and change orders under the direction of the VP of Risk Management.
The Contract Analyst supports the Risk Services team by providing exceptional contract support to our internal customers. This individual will also be responsible for administering the contract operations workflow and database. Key attributes include: focused self-starter, results-oriented, strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and an energetic, professional attitude.
Candidate must be able to demonstrate understanding of basic contract elements and terminology. This position will seek ways to the improve the contract review process and to help the department function more efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service.
