Job Description:

DH Pace Company, Inc.  is seeking an Administrative Support Representative to provide support to staff and management. This individual will be responsible for communicating with our internal and external customers  representing the company in a professional manner. Requires computer proficiency and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment.


Job Responsibilities:



  • Provide administrative support to staff and management including email and phone communications.

  • Special Projects/Audits

  • Data entry to help maintain our licensing, bonds, and Prequal data bases

  • Complete standard forms for any of the data bases listed above

  • Gather accurate information/documentation to help meet the department goals

  • Communicate with customer, supervisor or other office personnel in an effective and timely manner

  • Assist with office supply management.

  • Maintain project folders as needed.


Job Requirements:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • At least two (2+) years administrative office experience preferred

  • Detailed oriented team player with good interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment

  • Computer proficient



  • Must have strong attention to detail and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and possess strong analytical skills.
