ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP
Applicants will be considered for internships with various engineering departments across the organization. In the past, our engineering interns have joined teams such as:
OPERATIONS ENGINEERING AND DATA ANALYTICS: Provides first line technical and analytical support to power plants in operation.
RENEWABLE ENGINEERING AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Oversees the technical design, evaluation and construction of commercial and utility-scale wind, solar, thermal, and storage projects.
TRANSMISSION AND COMMERCIAL ANALYTICS: Manages all interconnection and transmission aspects of generation projects. Assesses and communicates information about the energy markets using quantitative models, independent market studies, market risk analysis and forecasts.
QUALIFICATIONS
Currently enrolled in a 4-year Bachelor's degree program with an expected graduation date between May 2023 and May 2024.
Majoring in a Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline with a cumulative GPA of 3.0.
Interest in the renewable energy or clean energy sector.
