Job Description:

Overhead Door Company of Greenville™, a DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking to hire a Branch Administrative Manager in our Greenville, SC office! If you have strong analytical skills and love problem solving, apply today!


JOB RESPONSIBILITES:



  • Provide support and direct oversight of administration managers and indirect oversight of staff

  • Must be willing to be hands-on, to fully learn our industry and the DH Pace business processes, thus being capable of performing the responsibilities you oversee

  • Monitor and inspect daily transactions, performed in all areas including Contracts, Sales Order Entry, Billing, Credit, Audit, and other Administration functions as required

  • Develop procedures that will improve the quality of work and efficiency

  • Directly support business initiatives of mid and senior level management

  • Consistently run and monitor reports to verify the accuracy of our processes

  • Leading and/or participating in meetings

  • Orientation and onboarding of new employees

  • Oversight of the training and development of new and existing team members

  • Provide timely and appropriate performance feedback, including annual appraisals



  • Assist Team Impact with coordinating employee activities, community outreach, and team building events



  • Represent the company in a professional manner with good customer service and verbal communication skills; ensure administration staff is also held accountable to the same standards of conduct



  • Ability to work additional hours as required.

  • Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.


 


JOB REQUIREMENTS:



  • A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three (3) years of related experience/training in process improvements required OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience leading a minimum of two managers.

  • Must have strong analytical skills, people skills, be detail-oriented, resourceful, a problem solver, and a quick learner.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
