This role is accountable for the overall journey of key deliverables within the supply chain program, and across all programs keeping all workstreams and initiatives on track. Driving the roadmap planning and alignment between digital technology and the business units. Ensure excellent program execution in support of Royal Canin North America's ambitions for project Pioneer.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of project management experience preferred
5+ years of program management experience preferred
Experienced working in Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies preferred
PMP certified (preferred)
Ability to influence and work with others, encourages teamwork and cross-collaboration, as well as builds strong internal and external relationships
Excellent organization skills and uses an attention-to-detail approach to all work and processes
Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
Strong understanding and knowledge around manufacturing and supply chain
Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and priorities
Strong skills in JIRA, Smartsheet, and Microsoft applications
Leadership: Strong ability to direct others, problem-solving, dealing with ambiguity, action-orientated, managing vision/purpose, and conflict management.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Manage Royal Canin North America's key strategic ideas within the supply chain program, using a matrix approach to manage other project managers and/or project coordinators as necessary.
Leverage best practices for project management across project pioneerincorporating structures, standards, processes, documentation, and reporting which is agile, facilitate stakeholder engagement, fits the needs of the project, and puts emphasis on the quality of decision making and timely project delivery.
Deliver change management processes to improve project success, increase user adoption, and increase project ROI.
Develops positive relationships with program sponsors, stakeholders, partners, and teams to enable and support organizational goals
Act as a reference point for project management excellence and advocate for best practices in project management.
Share lessons learned and best practices across programs. Builds relationships with stakeholders and brokering relationships at all levels
Familiar with Agile, waterfall, IT, portfolio, program and project concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Assist projects and products from the idea through project close. To include the planning and road mapping within the program, and across many programs.
Help with priority setting, through budget oversight, value, and negotiating across the enterprise.
