We are looking for new Machine Operators. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be a key part in making our high-performance upcycled rubber products.

Location: 451 W. Roy Parker Drive, Ozark, AL 36360

Systems Operator Salary Range: Starting at $18.00/hour and up, based on experience

What You'll Be Doing:

• Prioritize your personal safety and the safety of your teammates. You are empowered to act and stop work if you see something unsafe.
• You will start each shift with a team huddle and stretching.
• Set-up your machine at the start of each shift.
• Work with the materials and machines, following standard procedures.
• Take manual measurements to ensure high quality.
• Participate in regular training and cross-train others.

• High school diploma, GED, or 4+ years of experience
• Must be able to lift 50-70 lbs. depending on the area you're assigned
• Need to have flexibility to work overtime as needed
