Job Description:

The Town of Lisbon is accepting employment applications for the position of Nutrition Site Server. This is a part-time 20 hours per week Union position with a varied normal daily work schedule.   The Nutrition Site Server performs all activities of the TVCCA meal program at the Lisbon Senior Center meal site, oversees the preparation of the daily meals for home delivery, ensures that the kitchen tables are clean and is responsible for ordering site supplies and checking delivery slips to confirm that supplies were delivered. The Nutrition Site Server oversees and follows the daily meal plan to ensure that adequate portion control is followed, should have working knowledge of kitchen equipment, able to follow all Senior Center policies and procedures and participates in Senior Center activities as directed. The Nutrition Site Server receives oral and written instructions and work orders from the Senior Center Coordinator or designee. A ServSafe Certification accredited by the National Standards Institute (ANSI)-Conference for Food Preparation is required.
