As RN Director of Home Care, this role reports to the CNO. Communication is essential in order to collaborate with the management team to ensure each patient is receiving quality health care. The RN Director of Home Care will be supported by several Supervisor RN’s who assist with any patient care or clinical duties.
The RN Director of Home Care will have the opportunity to direct and delegate patient care assignments to clinical staff and coordinate the authorization and intake processes. The Associate Director will also remain current with Home Health Industry trends to implement Best Practices for Nursing care within the department. Working closely with the CNO, this nurse leader will also investigate new program opportunities for the Home Health Department.
