Job Description:

An award-winning healthcare organization located in Metropolitan Oklahoma is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer CNO to join their team of leading healthcare professionals!

This state-of-the-art healthcare facility is an active member in several of the areas Chambers of Commerce and offers a comprehensive range of specialty services including cardiology, women’s services OB, surgical services OR, neurology, orthopedics, and emergency services ER. This not-for-profit full-service hospital is continuously expanding and is a regional leader in exceptional care with low nurse-to-patient ratios.

The Chief Nursing Officer CNO will provide progressive leadership and will actively participate in the hospital’s management functions. Working collaboratively with leadership, the Chief Nursing Officer CNO will ensure financial and operational objectives are achieved. The Chief Nursing Officer CNO will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and VP of Clinical Services. The Chief Nursing Officer CNO is supported by a team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and staff.

Requirements include:

• Experience working in hospital leadership


• Current RN licensure or ability to obtain licensure upon hire


• Ability to lead and communicate effectively
