Summary



As a BPL you will use your industry knowledge to co-create our future state ERP & BI landscape. This transformative role will drive the standardization of operating procedures, automation, reporting and innovation. This effort will improve our way of working with customers, suppliers, and employees.



Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and share subject matter expertise in BI & Data features and high-level architecture in order to apply best practices
• Work directly with business peers & Business Solutions teams to design & develop core processes & reporting
• Lead business & IT SME's in aligning process to industry best practice, integrations, report/output document simplification
• Establish & maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand core business processes
• Collaborate with other BPL's on cross functional design
• Develop a set of actionable and targeted plans for change management / roadmap, coaching and training

Requirements

• Open minded, innovative, forward thinking, advocate for change
• Great communication and influencing skills
• Views as a top collaborator, leader, advisor, or super user within their organization
• Adopts Technology solutions that simplify process automation, analytics, and use of mobile devices
• Experience in other industries with the following is a plus but not required:
  • Plant automation, Yard management, Supply chain manufacturing operations, BI, Data & reporting, Customer Service, Transportation, AR/AP
