Social Worker - MSW Temporary at Nemours in Wilmington, Delaware

Job Description:

Provides comprehensive Social Work and assist in coordination of discharge planning for pediatric patients and their families interfacing with insurance providers, community agencies and the multidisciplinary health care team. Provide services in accordance to the policies, procedures and guidelines established within the department, organization and regulatory bodies.

This position primarily supports the emergency department working 4 x 10 hours shifts per week.

Responsibilities:

• Masters degree in Social Work from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE)
• state LMSW/LCSW licensure in the state of Delaware required
• 6+ months experience
