The Business Management function within Global Technology Chief Operating Office is accountable for driving early talent strategy, promoting organizational recognition, managing our workplace design and protocols, and developing operational routines and materials for the CIO and leadership team. We are looking for a unique combination of skills/experiences: strong business acumen, superior communication and storytelling skills, and interest in driving cross-functional transformational change.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support special projects, enhancing existing relationships across GT division, with a special focus on synthesizing data into strategic storytelling and presentations


• Partner on cross team execution of programs, including early talent recruiting efforts, recognition program marketing and CIO level projects


• Perform analysis on reports and metrics and make recommendations on potential process improvements


• Provide overall support for event management and communications


• Passionate about helping create transformational change


• Thrives in a dynamic environment with a focus on providing exceptional experiences across operational areas

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree with 5+ years experience in executive presentations and strategic messaging


• Experience in Agile or data visualization (Tableau or Power BI) a plus


• Proficient Microsoft 365 skills, especially Excel and Powerpoint


• Able to exercise independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results


• Outcomes oriented with the ability to consistently meet deadlines and adhere to standard operating procedures


• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence direction

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $108,000.00 to $160,700.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
