Plan, manage, and lead complex, cross-functional process designs or re-engineering projects.
Monitor, manage, and communicate progress to business/process owners and management.
Analyze processes, data, and controls to determine sub-optimal performances or root causes; communicate findings and implement recommendations for improvements to processes, data, metrics, applications, and/or system architectures.
Independently and collaboratively contribute, and develop with minimal guidance, substantial content to define business policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and technical requirements for systems and system architectures.
Maintain high credibility and effective working relationships; demonstrate an in-depth understanding of business problems, strategies, issues, and priorities.
Develop and deliver to executives, senior management, process owners, and project teams reporting on assigned projects.
Act as subject matter expert on operational policies and procedures to ensure consistent interpretation and application.
A minimum of 6 years of business operations experience, with at least 4 years of process improvement initiatives experience, required.
Experience organizing, planning, and executing projects from vision through implementation required.
Experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement required.
Lean, Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification, or Design Thinking training preferred.
Telecommunication tower industry, operations, leasing, or real estate experience preferred.
Approximately 10% travel may be required to support the position’s responsibilities.
Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
