Bilingual Inside Sales Representative- Radius HDD



Who Are We?


Radius, located in Weatherford, Texas is a division of The Toro Company. Radius is a customer-centered HDD tooling manufacturer that services customers of all major brands. Radius products are sold and serviced worldwide.



What Will You Do?



Sales Representatives will work to maximize experience with all customers direct and indirect utilizing the full potential and talent of the entire sales department. Drive, commitment and professionalism keep Radius competitive and the leader in the HDD industry. You will be responsible for maximizing your individual and regional potential, regional strategy to gain market share and collaborate such strategy with sales manager.


*This is a salaried role that also receives a commission and bonus.



Roles and Responsibilities:



  • Embody company culture and maintain high sales team enthusiasm and morale


  • Own regional calling, reporting and strategy to achieve company revenue and margin goals


  • Work with sales manager developing monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and revenue


  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by delivering sales and customer support to customer base


  • Usage of CRM is critical and must be maintained thru data management, collection and updating


  • Strong commitment to "beyond the sale" customer service such as follow-up calls, return support, product information. Customer support is as important as sales in this position.


  • Assist in the collection of past due invoices / A sale is not considered complete until it is shipped and collected. Your role in the process carries through to delivery, support and payment.


  • Operate as part of a collective sales effort. Taking calls from other regions and supporting other salesmen when necessary.


  • The Radius sales team makes themselves available in some way 24/7. Every member of the sales team must agree and commit to share some responsibility of after-hours and weekend coverage.


  • Every sales person is required to report their sales activities as requested by sales manager


  • Assist in identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being aware of new products and competition





What Do You Need?



To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:




  • +3 years of prior sales experience or 1+ years of construction related sales experience (preferably Horizontal Directional Drilling HDD or underground boring)


  • Bilingual - Spanish fluency strongly preferred






  • Proven sales track record with a strong commitment to customer support services


  • Technology savvy and willingness to use future technologies


  • Strong communication and negotiating skills with the ability to build rapport


  • Ability to effectively communicate with manager, sales team and customer base


  • Ability to deliver goals and reports set by sales manager


  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, CRM and ERP software


  • Strong commitment to personal development and sales development





Work Environment:



  • This is a 100% Onsite position


  • Office, shop & job site environment


  • The shop environment includes physical hazards such as powered vehicle and pedestrian traffic, sharp objects, and moving machinery


  • HDD offices, Shops, Yards and Job sites - Heavy equipment and job site hazards are present


  • Occasional land & air travel for trainings and meeting
