We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for the Talent Acquisition Department.
The person that assumes this role will serve as a member of the Talent Acquisition Operations Team with the primary responsibility of following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure the headcount of the organization is preserved, vacancies are captured in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), and job opportunities on hold are placed in an inactive status. The person selected for this role will serve as the first level of monitoring for candidate background checks & pre-employment drug screens. In addition, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will approve all job postings announcements visible to the public, approve offer letters, monitor job descriptions, draft weekly and monthly reporting of all Talent Acquisition activity with data extracted from the HRIS. This is a critical role for the Talent Acquisition Team and this person must be comfortable engaging with managers to understand and process their requests for hiring needs and movement of personnel within the organization. This may include inquiry to fully comprehend the manager’s intent and offer best advice to service and meet their needs in the most efficient way.
