We're looking for a highly seasoned and hardworking individual to join the team working on App Store commerce capabilities! You'll collaborate with a wide range of cross functional App Store teams across Apple - as well as your counterparts in business, finance, legal, product, program management and engineering to name a few. Key Qualifications Experience in owning critical processes involving internal & external clients/teams; engineering and commerce partners Proven track record with evangelizing new programs and projects Speak fluidly to influence technical and non-technical decision makers Excellent written, communication, and facilitation skills, with a focus on translating business requirements into documented technical solutions Ability to manage multiple projects, and work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment. Work independently as well as in a team environment Previous iOS development experience a plus Experience and knowledge of all aspects of e-commerce ecosystem/platform including its inherent risks (e.g. fraud, payments, subscriptions), issues (e.g. low conversion) a plus Description We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to drive App Store Commerce supporting the growth of the App Store and corresponding developer businesses. As a key member on App Store Commerce team, you will be responsible for supporting strategic projects and initiatives to improve developer experience, drive feature adoption, and guide developers towards the best technical solutions. COLLABORATION: - Know your customer and your product. Provide feedback to product teams to ensure tool and platform roadmaps are aligned with and include elements requested by developers. - Internally, work as technical resource for a cross-functional group including Apple's Developer Relations & Publications, Business Management, Product Marketing, App Store Engineering teams - Solicit feedback from the internal team members, our developer community and specific strategic developers - Attend project meetings for new features, as needed across time zones - Review feature requirements, designs, meeting notes, tickets, action items - Be an assertive and vocal advocate for the App Store, helping to ensure local developers can take advantage of our feature offering LAUNCH READINESS: - Track launch release schedule to produce and ensure all needed materials are technically accurate and ready to support developers at launch (guides, FAQs, support staff, etc) - Partner with internal teams on launch briefings related to technical implementation of App Store features. - Provide support to development DRIs involved in App Store launches Education & Experience BS or equivalent Additional Requirements PDN-976c9cbf-fdba-40e7-9b30-83bccf19f4f1
